Hair Highlighting Techniques Explained

This technique is indeed the process of freehand painting the colour onto a clients hair, or quickly sweeping it on. This is a great technique for creating dimension and layers into the hair. It’s a very subtle technique, and is great for people who are after a sun kissed look.
